If there are different endings for this game, then can someone provide a list of all the endings and what I have to do to watch them?

I don't think so.
I have finished this game multiple times no diffent ending in my game.
But you never know maybe there is.

Okay not the actual ending but if you have level 100 friendship with any character you can have a special scene.
