Just press L1+o+o+x then it will use the secret attack like gum gum baloon
Yeah I saw luffy's second secret art,when I fight crocodile in alabasta.but it failed!!!. After that,I can't do it ever again.
If ussops life is one hit to lose use his secret attack to finsh the opponent and you will see his hammer break
And other characters like if sanji fights a girl he will show hearts in his eyes mainly characters secret attacks change depending on conditions.
Try using customized fighting
Hold L1 while luffy is highlighted pick him while holding L1 and his secret attack will change to gum gum storm.
