After I beat that nine headed dragon dude I used all my gold dust on the weapons. My question is, Do you get more gold dust later in the game?

Keep an eye out for shops around Nippon. There should be at least one shop that will sell you two bags of Gold Dust, and if you're lucky then there might be one or two more shops. Each shop, assuming there is more than one, will sell you no more than two bags of the stuff.
And finally, don't forget to look and search for treasure. Gold dust can appear in the most unlikely of places!
