What do I do if I can't draw in the moon? I keep drawing it in the sky, but it doesn't work.

You can try to draw it backwards, or maybe at the time that you are trying to draw it, 1.) you need it to be night time for the game story line to progress, or 2.) the camera must be COMPLETELY facing the sky, so try to point it at different angles.
