You have to wait untill night (or if you have done the 'fish that swallowed the moon' quest draw the half moon) then kill all the green scrolls in that area. Don't forget the one near the bomb guys house! :P

In Shinshu Field ONLY. Make sure it's at night, then run around and fight every demon scroll you see, and eventually you'll get them all. Well, thats how I did it, anyway. XD
