Ok so I know where to find the thif in the city but then he tells you that you have to use brush techniques to catch him when he splits in two. It tells you what brush tech use over his head but I keep trying too use bloom on the one that looks like a bulb but it doesn't work is that the right one or is there a way your suposed to use it.
