They're on the islands where you ride the orca....i think

The one to upgrade the cherry bomb upgraded is on one of the islands that you can get to when you ride the orca. I don't know about the slash but if you go back to the city and you go to himiko's palace go to the back of it and you have to put water on all of the stones and you will get the power to make it rain. (Himiko has to be dead for this to work.)
