Within Moon Cave lies a frozen statue of a bird, rather phoenix like. Find this statue, and defeat the demon that appears afterwards, and you will be met with a constelation. Dot in the necessary stars and you should be greeted by Moegami, who will give you the next celestial brush power, which will aid you in the removal of ice.
