I have been stuck in Mr Frieberg's office for more than 5 hrs and still could not find the solution In the game, Shannon hint me about the dials but what can I do with it???Please help.

Hey, you have to point them at Spain. The coordinates is 330, 20, then step away from the map. Tatum! A safe opens...
