1)There is only easy, beginner, pro and difficult. What is superstar mode?

2)What are gamer points

3) How do you Trade? I've gone to trade but I can't trade or pick what team I want to trade with or what players I want

1.I think superstar mode is a another difficult level.

2.Game points are points you get after you win a game,if you get enough points,you could win a play off spot,and be in the play offs for a change to win the stanley cup.

3.You need to be on Dinasty mode,and go to where the options are,and there should be a thing that says trade.
