I have completed 98% percent of the game but have not unlocked the wide body kit. How will I know when I have completed the Game?

Try finished the unfinished races on the world map....but i'm pretty sure you should have unlocked it by now....try to race some free roam challenges aswell.

The only way to get Widebody kits in Career mode is by doing a lot of outruns as you can only get it as a Unique. Though it's hard to say if you can still get them by outruns at your percentage level. Normally you have to do the outruns during stage 5.

To unlock wide-body kits in quick race mode you have to defeat caleb in a 5 lap curcuit race (he drives a Pontiac GTO by the way) and when you've beaten him a message will come up saying 'Congratulations you've have unlocked all perfomance and visual upgrades in quick race mode' this also includes the unique visual upgrades for your car, not the unique performance parts. To get wide-body kits in career mode you need to win 11 outrun races on stage 5
