Question for Need for Speed Underground 2

I have done 7 URL races and now I don't have anymore races. Do I need a good visual rating? Mine is 2.06 or something like that.
What is the title screen and what is the start screen?

First off you should try to get you visual rating up. I personally would stick with 3 viechles. An suv a visual car and a racing car. Put all your focus on performance upgrades for the racing car and a little for the suv. Then put all the extra cash into visuals AND performance to the visual car.
Secondly the start screen is where you have to push start to begin. The title screen is where your customized cars are if you have any. Basically it's the main screen.

The title screen and the start screen are the same and for the URL races you need to win some outruns and hidden races to go to the next level
