If you look at the map really big, not zoomed in. All the way up where it looks way too twisted, is jackson heights, and all the way too the right down by the main area, is the airport, and that big area in the middle of all those streets, consists of many towns, but I call it the main area, and all the way too the left, where it looks as it should be floating on the sea but still connected to the main area, is beacon hills east and west, you unlock west first

Go to air port then go to the place it's there
