Hidden Races in Stage 4

I'm in stage 5, and I've already done a bunch of the regular races (those that are on the gps) and have a few more to go; but thats not the problem. I have already done a bunch of the hidden races, but I keep getting calls telling me that there is still a hidden race in Coal Harbor East. However, I cannot find this race! If someone could give me some tips on where to look for this race(or races)that would be great. Remember, only in Coal Harbor East. Tanks to whoever helps!

In Coal Harbor there are plenty of little parking lots that may contain the hidden races I suggest looking in every one of them then continue your search on the roads you travel the least.
