Check your Progress Menu/List...I think it's accessed by pressing the Down directional button when "driving" around or Free-roam.
Then check that you have done all DVD and Magazine cover shots.

Have you tried getting a faster car? What about faster upgrades? Are all your races done? Those are things you have to think about.

Use the car that you got first and use it through out your career. Do outruns, races, URLs, get DVDs, Magazines etc.
