Is there a cheat 'mastercode' because I saw it in a magazine and says mastercode cheat so is it true

I tried the "mastercode" code, but it didn't work for me so as far as I know is, it doesn't work.

Master code = UNLOCKALLTHINGS

Acctualy master code only works on the nes that arent packed plus it has to be xbox or at least that was what I was told
