ummm yes there actually is all u have to do is enter "cashmoney" in the code entry box it rewards u with $10,000 and then u have an additional $10,000 into ur bank but unfortunately u can only use the cheat 1 time :-(

Late answer but can still help others out there with the same question. There is a way/cheat that you can use over and over on the PS2 edition, depending on how much you're trying to get it can take some time but it is worth it.
On "Code Entry" type in Zeipzip. It will tell you it is invalid but disregard that. Press "Code Entry" again, then type Unlockallthings. It will tell you congrats your code has been accepted. Not done yet. Press back button/triangle to be at main menu then hit career, continue then you will have 4 new cars. Selling all 4 will give you $90,290. Make sure to save if you don't have Auto Save on. Restart PS2 and repeat! If you're looking to make at least a million dollars, try this process 12 times and you'll have $1,083,480. 11 times you'll have $993,190!!😀🤗 Simply typing unlockallthings has never worked for me.
