How can you get cop cars in the game because I have seen people with cop cars before

You can only get cop cars in the challenge series. It is about in the mid 30's I think. You get to be all of them- from the crappy heat 1 car to the corvette. That is the only way you can be a cop car, and you can't use them in career.
You can only be a cop car when you are about halfway done with Challenge mode. You get to be all of them even cross's corvette C6.
You can't unless you done a mission in carrer you csnt drive it in free drive
