Backroom parts are specialty parts (you can't buy them, you have to win them in races), while normal shop parts are just that, "Normal".

If you all ready unlocked it then buy another car and use it on that car or get it for free. That is the good part you do not have to pay.

In both parts they are the same, but the markers allow you to get stuff that is locked in the normal room.
