Question for Need for Speed: Most Wanted

Hi I changed the colour of bmw m3 gtr from blue stripes and metallic 41 to red then I changed my mind and tried to paint it the way it was but it hasn't the stripe vinyl. What can I do

The BMW stripe is only for the BMW. If you take it off you can't get it back on. If you have a PC you can download a Mod or something and install it to your game then you can get it.
