Drive another car, win races and increase bounty till the police is intrested in the car. After some time you will recieve a in game sms that your car is available. Go to your safe house select the car you will have to pay half the stock price I think... And the car is back. You can also unlock you car if you get a free marker after beating a blacklist member.
