There are codes for all cars I know because I had them on paper but I lost them.
All tracks is a different story, thought you have to unlock them in ultimate racer and championship
If I find the car codes I will post them.

I can Give you one track which may be a good track for you.
Which is Palm city Island.
I don't know if it will work,but the code is R1,
triangle,left,right,L2,R2,right.I hope this works!

Yes. But you will have to enter every time you play since you cannot save the cars/tracks you unlock with codes.

Ok, here is an idea. But you have to spend money, get a Gameshark! it is simple, it may not tell the code for all tracks or cars but some other stuff too. (oh, and the game is already on there you do not have to add it, but you might want to add more cheats go to Gameshark.com it's simple! Trust me!
