Yes!!! It is you have your own team and that crew is suppose to help you in races!! For example you are the all the way at the last but one of your team member is first so if they win you win!!!!!!! You have your own terrotory and there is a new kind of race called canyon if you where one wrong turn costs more then a race!!! The last boss is hard to beat. But in this game there are sweet cars!!!!!!!!!! Dude to me this game is the best!!! There is also endless customization! Put as many vinyles as you want move them around from point a to b!! Rotate them make them bigger (size) and you can even skew them!!!!!!!! One of the cars I bet you will like is the audi lemans quattro. In total approximately there are 34 or 35 cars in totall!!! There are chellenge serieses that unlock cool stuff and reward cards which do the same thing unlock the cool rewards!!!! If you have played previose titles of need for speed automatically they will give 10,000$ is a reward. Im
100% sure that you will love this game.Even go to google and type "nfsc customizing a car" and you will see how nicely you can customize a car!! Even the graphics there are like real people not a cartoonic graphic. Even go to google and type all crew members that you are suppose to have when you beat the game. The last boss might be hard but you will finish the game and remember get a dodge viper at the end!!!!!

Yes it is very fun espically when the police chase you. I'm not a fan of the gran turismo games but I love this game so I reckon you should buy it if you like the gran turismo games.
