I have 440 progress points and I have completed all the courts except the last one at Rucker Park which requires 450 progress points. How do I get the last 10?

You have to go back to past courts and find challenges you missed.
Look back in New York, then Philadelphia, then Chicago, and Seattle. You get my drift, until you find a challenge you missed.
