You can only do a stunt dunk if you're player has the ability to and if they do you have to be in front of the free throw line and you press r1, r2 and square.
The Franchise is mostly right except your player doesnt have to be in front of the foul line.
Your opponet has to be between you and the basket and you have to be close to the paint.
