Well this is what I do and may I add in my season I have won 53 and lost 0 so far, so I sugest you take my advice. What I do is pull down the right anolog stick and rite before your shooter realeases the ball let go of the anolog stick.I might also want to add that I useally make about 90% of the free throws I shoot on this game so my tip should work. Well you should tilt the analog stick down to begin the free throw then tip it up right when the player is elbow rises
