I'm going to be honest with you here, you don't need car setups in this game. I tell you what though turning on the assist and just holding the car wide open is all you have to do in this game, I found out studying this game it was different than most and was able to do this even going into the turns without letting off the gas at all, me and my friend raced all the time and he did that, and I didn't and he won more races.
