I have 70% of the game done on one memery card and I never got a contract offer for Nextel which I think you can't get an offer you have to buy a team does the percent go up based on how many liscense plates you have because that has been on my mind for a while?

The percentage of the game depends on your liscense plates, and your crew challenges. Crew challenges are when sombody will call you and give you a reward if you can complete a spicific challenge.
