Okay, the scroll is called "well digging" and it is in the sanstorm desert, if you look on the map in that desert, you'll see a giant pit in the middle, head to that pit, now next to that pit is a giant rock pillar or something rather, the scroll is beside that rock so just go circle it till you see it it should be there
