How do i unlock hanabi and the 4th hokage and whr can i find hanabi in the game?

You have to find hanabi somewhere in the hidden leaf village and you have to give her something 2 times the second time you give her something she gets unlocked and the forth hokage gets unlocked once you unlock every character.
You can unlock the forth hokage by unlocking all characters. And you can get hanabi hyuga by 1st giving her perfume and then you will go to the shasuya with her and 2nd you have to go with her to dumplings. And after that she will be unlocked.
