What to do after getting all 60 crystals + more?

I've got 78 crystals and don't know what to do. I've beaten Kakashi with Sasuke on my team. I've beaten Gaara and I've beaten Ino about 10x. Choji and Hinabi are both marked in red on my map in the village but Choji is hungry and Hinabi is injured. Am I supposed to find someway to help them or what? What to do? Please help.

What you need to do is go to the merchant, and purchase "Choji's favorite snack" and some medicinal ointment (can't remember the name for it). Then talk to Choji and Hinata. You'll give Choji some chips and Hinata ointment or whatever. They'll give you their crystals in return. Then just do the important fights afterwards.

you have to go to the guy with the big sack on his back and go buy potato chips and buy medicine. bring the potato chips to choji and he'll give you his crystals.same thing with hinata(hinabia isn't the right way to sell her name)give it to hinata the ointment and she'll give you crystals.

go to the guy selling stuff with the bag on his back and buy some medicine and patato chips and give them to choji and hinata and also go to the training feail to fight neji.
