I looked here on QandA befor I tryed everything all you said but none oh it worked please someone tell me really how to do it

Throw your enemy then press circle. You should enter a substitution battle thing. Hit your enemy. That is an addictional blow. Complete that 2 more times to complete the "3 additional blows" condition.
