Yes. It's really good to use. When you have it set, for a certain ammount of time, your attacks are much stronger and do just a little more damage.

It is just like sk8rboy said except it isnt that good. If your looking for damage then get an ultimate jutsu that does damage and gives you an ultimate mode.

It boosts your attack power but I think it's better to just equip a good ultimate jutsu.Hope this helps.
