Date of Question: Nov 17 2008 | Question ID: 133070 Q1. Hey I was just wondering whats 'new game plus' I don't want to select it in case something bad happens.

It just gives extra money if you choose new game plus.and if you have all charecters you can get all ninjustsu ecept chidori and a few others

1) "New Game Plus" just allows you to start the competition over. You still get to keep all your collectable items, and money.
Sorry, but I can't help you with the second question, there's just too much to remember. I do have them all though.

1) New Game Plus just starts a new game. It doesn't erase anything though. It just gives you lots and lots and lots of money.
2) Too much to remember. You can get chidori though. You can at least get one ninjutsu from every character except Shino, 4th Hokage (Yellow Flash), First Hokage, Orochimaru, Anko, and a few others I can'r remember.
