3 additional blows...
...it's the one they call when you or your enemy is in the air after pressing O 4 times while standing...
...You have to keep pressing O as many as you can before the enemy substitutes...
...You make 3 additional blows when you beat your enemy 3 times doing that procedure. But it's not how many times you evaded your enemy's blow, it's how many times you make them do it.

Ok. The "3 Additional blows" means, when you knock your enemy a certain direction, you press that direction and circle. Example, knock the enemy to the left: press left+O after you knock them in that direction. Now all you have to do is beat them in the substitution battle thing that occurs 3 times during the match.
