This simply means you have to use substitution jutsu to go behind the enemy and then hit him, when the screen fades out to black
So basically, press attack and the opposite direction of where you are coming from to do this

All you hve to do is throw your apponet and after you throw him press circle to what ever deriction you threw him at.
