If you go inside the acadamy, talk to konohamaru and he will show you a battle record. If you do well on one of the conditions(ex. The most consecutive hits) in a battle, he will reward you with an ultimate jutsu item, but you have to get the maximum amount. You will know this when he says "your number of battles won is inconcievable" or something, depending on the condition. If I forgot to tell you something, please let me know.
