How do you get combo rasengan and where do you get the items

I think you get it by doing a mission. But Im not sure. I know it has Jiraya in it. So if you beat that mission you will get a picture of jiraya and be able to use the combo resengan.
I got it by doing this: when you go to the hot springs, there should be a man on a bridge talk him and it is Jiraiya. Then tsunade appears. Fight her. Then go to the village. He is, I think, an orange or green dot. Talk and shizune will come. Fight and win. Find the dot again. Talk and anko or kurenai will show. Fight and win(again). Find the dot and talk he should be by the gate. Tsunade will appear and she notices it was a typo. Then Jiraiya gives you his records. It will say "Jiraiya and Naruto can do combined ultimate jutsu." you will have combo rasengan.
