If you asked about the Chili Pepper Pill and how to get it. You can't get the pil but you can get Choji in his Chili Pepper State. You have to get every character in order to do so. Just press select on the character and he/she will change into their super/2nd state. And yes you can 'date' Asuma. He is usually by the river in the Leaf Village Center. You have to have the New Scroll and the Special Scroll. I have "dated" Asuma allready.
