Ok I don't know about Sasukes ultimate chidori scroll. About Hinabi(Hinatas little sister) You get the perfume and pricy perfume, talk to her and give her the perfume, you then will find her standing somewhere in the village. After then youll find her in the same spot as before and you give her the pricy perfume. Youll find her by her by the dumpling store next and shell give you an item and youll get her as a character. You get the fourth hokage when you get Hinabi.
