How do you unlock the fourth hokage either by story mode or a cheat code

To get the 4th Hokage, you have to have all the other 41 characters unlocked. I'm afraid there is no cheat to unlock him.

No cheat code dude but get hanabi then you get him

then how do u get hanabi and who is hanabi anyways and yes there is a cheat no really how do u get hanabi or u can get him by collecting the figures but i don,t know where they are all at

if you dont have the 1st and 2nd hokage and you got hanabi you cant have minato

At main menu(mode select) and hold R1 R2 and press square,triangle,square,triangle then release R1 R2 and then hold L1 L2 and press right,up,right,up then then release and press L3 R3 and a sound should go off and the only ninja you don't get is 4th hokage just found this cheat and I did and it works so enjoy and once you get all characters hold select for sertent ninja like naruto and saskue and you get 2nd state
