I need help,i can't find the scroll of firce lighning(thunder),i also need help finding chakra sand,any one know how I can get these?

Hey man you must find the sand triplets and saske in contest mode and give them items form the shop keeper by the raman shop buy those and you must do it 3 or four times before thegive you the item your looking for
