On sakura's training where you have to do 6 substitution jutsu and 3 stage shifts if I concentrate on substitution I run out of time for the stage shifts and if I concentrate on the stage shifts I die trying to do the substitution. Please respond soon as I have been stuck on this for 2 months... Thanks in advance to whoever answers

Alright I was stuck on this mission for like 8 hours straight and all I can say to do is work on good timing and try provoking the opponent to attack you...alot of times they will throw you and when they do don't try to substitute get hit on their additional hit but take it and get the stage shift...there's a lot more like this unfortunately. Just get the timing down.
