No offence meant to kakashi001 but their answer is not correct.additional blows are when you teleport behind the opponent and attack so to do one just be any character and hold the direction that the enemy is and press x twice this will make you perform an air dash.when the air dash connects hold up and keep tapping circle until you teleport behind them and hit them back to the floor.
Hope I helped a little more with my answer.
