How can I unlock the 4th hokage and kid sasuke. I can't find them in story mode

I think before you unlock them you should play and finish the naruto shippuuden 1 cause there, you will unlock Yondaime(4th hokage) and the 3 akatsuki(itachi,sasori and (i can't remember the last but is the fish eyed one w/ the sword).
If you finish it, you will unlock Yondaime even not finishing the game in shippuuden 2
The same reason in sasuke...

If you finished the games icluding Gai's challenges, make a new game and you'll unlock most characters plus you'll get a bonus 10,000 or 100,000 yen.
But you have to finish your second game 'cause some characters will be unavailable in the versus mode: Sai, Yamato, Elder Chio, Itachi, Kisame, Deidara, Sasori (Hiroku puppet and True form), Orochimaru, Kabuto, Older Sasuke
