No, Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 3/Naruto: Narutimate Hero 3 doesn't have any Shippuden material in it, if a Shippuden game is what your hunting, then Narutimate Accel is already out in Japan and Accel 2 with Shippuden Sasuke will be released in Japan this month.
