In konquest how do I get the bow and arrow and the sword?

No bows and arrows. The swords will be in some areas aswell as an axe, and hammer.
You can't, They took it out for unknown reasons. Sorry, I was going to ask the same question but it's the truth.
There is some secret quest areas in the map if you complet it you will earn bow or sword for limited I guess
There is secret quest places in the map if you complete them you have a chance to get bow or sword
