You must race 50times or 70times idk
You need to be in arcade mode and on the smaller pointy end of the map in new york there will be a building above the highway and you need to jump a ramp behind it to get on top and you have to drive into this pink circle thing and stay there until you hear a noise that sounds like a page turning and then the super taxi will be in your garage.
