How do you unlock the level 2 and 3 upgrades. I lost on the motorcycle race the one with the star and the all went away for the luxury sadans and the muscle cars now all I can do is race the city races the red dots. Please Help.

Red dot races don't do ANYTHING! Star races unlock body parts for that type of veichle so you have to beat street racers!
