How do you unlock the U.S. Champ Series races to unlock the Lamborghini Murcielago? -Thanks

Once you unlock the final city, Detroit or Atlanta, you will havce to beat all the racers and most likely you will beat all the differents leagues to get all the new cars.
Once you have beaten them all, new racers will start popping up all over the 3 cities. They are the US Champs series. There are 7 of them and they all have 2 races you need to beat.
Once you beat them all, you get the Murcielago, which is a mighty fine car I might add =P
